Who I am

I’m Azraa Garnie, a qualified Therapeutic Reflexologist, Cupping (Hijama) Practitioner, Access Bars Therapist and Body Scan Practitioner with a heart for gentle, effective care. I grew up in Zimbabwe in a beautifully diverse community and moved to South Africa in 2000. After 14+ years in media and later in education research and analytics, I followed a long-standing calling into holistic healing — supporting people beyond symptoms, with respect for the body, mind and spirit.
